The government as well as the private authorities selects their employees only by conducting interview and exams. Are these competitive exams helpful to them to select the best candidates?
The pattern of question paper doesn’t cater to the intelligence and aptitude of every individual. Some students find it very difficult to write long essays and prefer paragraph answers. Some other students want to have the objective type question papers.
